Food was delicious. But what really surprised me was how full it was and how fast they were to serve the food. They really worked for that tip

I've eaten at Asadero Acatlan several times when I've been in that neighborhood and have always enjoyed my meal. The carne is well prepared but what makes it special is the variety of toppings offered. Having said that, Asadero El Pirul, Urbano Vásquez 260, González Ortega, 21397 Mexicali, (Calle Cuarto between Lazaro Cardenes and the caraterra) is the best in... More

I have been eating at this place since I was about 11 years old, and the flavor of these tacos have been the same since. Beside the place coming from a little taco cart stand to the restaurant that it is now. I have eaten at a lot of places in mexicali but overall this is my favorite. From being... More

I have read/listen that these are best tacos in town, to be honest, Ive been there just once and it wasn't fantastic as other's reviews mentioned. Average place, average prices, average food.

For me, this are the best tacos in Mexicali, it is open all day (24/7), it has a variety of salsas, aguas frescas (tea, lemon, horchata, etc), and tacos (asada, pastor, lengua...) Tortillas are made right there (corn & flour tortillas). It is not a fancy place, it is a traditional taco' stand

Clean, cheap, delicious, friendly staff, always a smile on their staff. You can see your tacos and tortillas made right there. They have ¨aguas frescas¨, sodas, salsas, guacamole, radish, onions, everything you would want to put on your tacos. I have been visiting this place since I was 18 yrs old, I am not 38 and have not found a... More

Seriously the best tacos I've ever had. From the fresh made corn/flour tortillas, to the perfectly seasoned meats! Of course cannot leave out the amazing selection of salsas. Fantastic customer service and even better food. It became my favorite spot in Mexicali.

Word of advice, go early because lunch time is PACKED!! Great food and it's air conditioned!! Carne Asada tacos are amazing! Seating is first come first serve and if you see someone getting up, go stand by the table! It gets that's busy! Food comes out fast though so waiting isn't too bad. Recommend getting the Pina drink. So delicious!!!!
