Curry for two during a 'date night' Lovely meal and nice food, the interior is great and the staff were really nice. Worth a visit but worth booking before hand

Decided to take Family and Friends for an early evening meal. Initial impression was good, quite busy , great smells emanating from the kitchen . We were seated almost immediately ( hence the early visit ), one of my guests ordered and starter which was...More

This Indian restaurant os located in a lovely town and occupies a beautiful stone cottage. The food was a let down. The curries were just liquid with barely any meat in. Certainly not good value for money.

Started coming here with my Aunt and her family from a young age, 11 or 12. Myself and my Husband now come here regularly. A lovely quiet little place, with excellent food. We also get the odd take out too. One of the best!!!

My wife and I have been visiting Samad Cottage on and off for many years and have never in all that time found it to be wanting. Granted the Jalfrezi, a favorite if mine, was somewhat on the over hot side on our last visit...More
