It's tough to imagine a better view, an easy hike up to the tea house. It gets very crowded during peak times.

Cute little tea house at the top of a mountain! It was a nice surprise for myself as I did not research anything on Lake Louise area or hiking before finding this place while out on the trails. (which I don't really recommend haha) I had some hot chocolate -they used the water from the lake- and a delicious apple... More

We have been up to the Lake Agnes Tea House a few times over the last few years. It is a wonderful day hike destination. Worth the steep hike. The views are beautiful and the tea and sandwiches are very good. We have found it very busy the last couple of years so get there early.

just what you expect from a tea shop at the top of the mountain... authentic, rustic and in keeping with nature offering a good selection of home made foods.

We started the hike too late in the day (probably about 2pm) and the tea house was too busy to eat at :( It was disappointing, but just know that this place is popular and busy and sometimes there is not even a shared table available.

Worth the hike, and also worth the wait for a seat because it can be quite busy! Was one of my favourite spots.

It's not often that you get the opportunity to have a nice cup of tea after a long walk up a steep forested hill in the wilds of Canada. Lake Agnes is one such place. The walk starts at Lake Louise and meanders up through the wooded hillside. There are great views over the lake below. Eventually you arrive at... More

This hike is equally break taking for the views and the physical exertion. As you wind up the mountain you are treated to stunning vistas that include waterfalls and mountain peaks. Lake Agnes is so post card ready, it's truly pristine. The tea house offers fresh made sandwiches, delicious cookies and wonderful offerings of tea. While you're relaxing and taking... More

So I climed the 3.8 km one way up the steep hill to find out that the Tea House in close, however it was worth it. The views are amazing. It's breathtaking and I would recommend this to anyone. Just make sure you are dressed warm and ready to hike and u will enjoy it.

We hiked up here with a mix of young children and teenagers, and adults, and had a great refreshment stop.

Description
"Its a seasonal teahouse (like the Plane of 6 glaciers teahouse, which is listed on TripAdvisor), located on Lake Agnes in the Lake Louise area. A 2.5 mile hike brings you to this amazing little historic hut, perched on the rim of a cliff and looking over a lake to The Beehive and mountains beyond. So incredible to stumble across. Whats wonderful is that they have over 100 kinds of teas, good sandwiches and soups, and quite a selection of baked goods (gluten-free included!)".
