Finally made it to this location, glad I did. The parking lot at the back was full but I found free parking on a side street. Met a friend and we ordered the crispy noodle and ginger beef dish and the bbq pork wonton soup at the counter. Both were delivered to our table hot, fresh, good portion sizes and... More

We frequently pick up soup for lunch for the office and when Co-op used to sell it to go, I would frequently pick one up for the next day.. ( why does Co-op not sell it anymore?). Anyway the most amazing won ton soup anywhere. Everything is fresh and then have a spicy sauce special to King's they sell on... More

I recently visited Kings newest location- 808 Edmonton Trail NE- and sampled their Wor Wonton bowl. Very tasty just the way it comes out of the kitchen. Also had the garlic ribs, but they are those little tiny ground up pub style morsels. Hard to eat without getting a bone shard. Regardless, they tasted ok. It was nice that they... More

I have visited Kings (used to be 4 Kings) just off Barlow Trail many times over the past twenty odd years and the Wor Wonton was and is still the best Wor Wonton anywhere I have been. Now I will admit, I have not been to China but even so, I would guess my claim stands. This small restaurant is... More

King's is famous for their Wor Won-ton, and the rest of the chinese menu is pretty good too. If you show up at lunch-time, there can be quite the line-up from the locals waiting for take-out or a table, so come as early as you can.

The wor wonton is amazing. Best in Calgary for sure. They have a good breakfast selection. Good prices considering the portions are huge.

This place continues to amaze me. They are always busy yet very professional and fast. It would be very difficult to find a better Wor Won Ton anywhere else.

Simple said, this is got to be the best wonton soup place in Calgary. I could eat here every day. One minor complaint. Do not order the soup with the noodles. They put way to many noodles in and quite frankly it reduces the amount of broth and I really like the broth. The queen size is plenty big. Give... More
