A bright decor is coupled with fabulous food (and at other times great wine). While entrees are great - really enjoy making a meal for two with a bunch of appetizers. You really get the creativity of the chef and the flavours of Colombia. In...More

The minute you enter Alloy, you know you're in for a treat. Although the building sits in one of Calgary's industrial areas, the contemporary interior is, well, gorgeous. We has out of country guests, so beef was the choice all around. The grilling chef did...More

Four of us went here to celebrate the Xmas season. The restaurant was very busy. Perhaps that could explain why it took more than 45 minutes for us to have our entrees served after they were ordered. Our server was extremely professional, but she had...More

The cauliflower ginger soup and the seafood risotto were superb. I tried a bit of the lamb loaf as well, and the taste was excellent. Top notch service and excellent atmosphere.

We have visited this restaurant twice and have been impressed both times with the service and the food. I love how they are flexible to changing many of their dishes for my allergies - gluten, dairy & nightshade vegetables. I would recommend this restaurant to...More

There must be some confusion. Alloy Restaurant is a single story building and I do not understand the reference to the "pineapple building" or water parks. There is no water park in the vicinity of Alloy.
