This place has the best Satay Beef Chow Fan/ Mein. It has the best value for great tasting food and portions. This is a place that has good wholesome food without the fancy decor. You won't get peach shrimp or fried garlic chicken just the simple Chinese dishes.

Place is a little dirty but the food is good. Ginger Beef is awesome and I enjoyed the dumplings. Food comes out hot and fresh. Went two times in one week and bith times impressive!

I have been going to Double Greetings since 2006. The decor has not changed and it is very dated. Do not let it scare you. The only thing that has changed is the cash register. It used to be the old antique cash register. The food is still delicious. We ordered the tilipia special. A whole fresh tilipia steamed with... More

I've been going here since the 80s. Been dinning at this place since I was a kid. I still dine at this place frequently, as to me it's comfort food. The service is good, and I'll continue going to this place as long as it's still around!

Have you been in the kitchen? If you have, you wouldn't eat there, its filthy and I'm surprised the health board has not shut this place down, my daughter and I were there recently and we got a gross surprise in our soup, a huge grasshopper, when we told the server Mae, she just took the bowl away, and said... Service and food are good. Large portions. I recommend the ginger beef and green onion cakes. Both delicious.

Double Greeting is located in a not so nice area of the city, it's been at the same location for many years. If you're looking for first class this won't be for you but for locals it's priced right, food tastes good.

If you can ignore the look of the building which definitely needs some renos, and don't pay much attention to the ambiance of this place, you will not be disappointed. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Portions are generous. My family has been coming to this restaurant for many years now and often I get surprised with the... More

I have definitely had better at All Happy Family. I ordered ginger beef(was really tough beef and very oily), beef chow fan dry(was okay, also very oily) and pan fried veggies(meh). I felt slightly ill and really bloated after I finished eating, from all the oil.
