We went for drinks and dinner on a beautiful evening and were looking forward to sitting on the patio. We pulled up and there were several empty seats so we were eager to get a table. Upon arriving there was no one to greet or seat us. When we did find someone she said you have to wait for a... More

The food was really good - best clam chowder ever (better than many restaurants we visited on the East Coast). But the service was truly disappointing. We asked for a quiet table and we were lead to a table in front of the bar section. Service was slow. My wife and I both took the same soup and salad combo... More

We had a big group. Service was extremely good. This location has been renovated since our last visit and we found the new space extremely noisy which made visiting difficult. All our food was very good with a few observations. Fish tacos were a bit disappointing as the fish was over cooked. Several of us ordered items with Cajun seasoning... More

Always good food with family here. Fresh food, cold beer and good Looking waitresses. Kids love the sticky toffee pudding desert. Expect to spend 150!

Ended up at Earls for lunch late last week, as I expected it was a great experience. I was there by myself and sat up at the bar in the lounge. I was there with my book and wanted to enjoy a good meal and a cocktail and the bartenders definitely picked up on that and were able to give... More

8 off us went here for a dinner meeting. This was a good choice. Table was ready when we arrived. Service was very good all night long. Came back often enough but not too often. Food was very tasty (Cajun Chicken). I also found the place not too loud as compared to other Earl's I have been to.

Not typically a fan of the big box store genre of restaurants (Earls, Cactus, Moxies, etc...), but happened to be shopping at WEM and decided to come here for lunch. Haven't been to an Earls in years and the menu hasn't changed much. Had the Kale salad & was surprised at the freshness and flavour - no complaints here. Spouse... More

An honest review based on my personal observation, no, not trying to be kind or political correct as this would only demean the whole idea of doing a personal review. Fortunately I only ordered the Chicken (Cajun) Cesar Salad, must say that this was the absolute driest chicken pieces I have ever tasted, (leftover? Or forgot about it?) I left... More

Good evening Werner. Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience yesterday and am truly apologetic for the overcooked chicken breast. I have just shared your feedback with my entire team regarding how simply overcooking an entree could have such an impact on our valued guests when they choose to dine in our location. My sister and I had lunch here this week. After standing at the unmanned hostess station for a couple minutes a server, while literally running past, told us to just sit where we wanted. We choose a booth and a server came by quite quickly to drop off Menus and ask about drinks. We gave our drink order and when... More
