Food absolutely awful. Had a burger.....dry pattie, fries cold greasy and tasteless. My daughter had stir fry....sauce terrible & very little taste and vegetables. We were taking a break from the restaurant in our hotel but were very sorry we did!! Would have been better at a fast food place!

Went in with my husband for dessert after dinner. The two girls working there were so miserable and didn't greet us or even care we were there for that matter. The one girl was complaining that she was "so done" and the other one said "only 1 more hour till close!!" We got two pieces of cheesecake which totalled $17... More

The food here is awesome and good prices too. The two for $30 is a great deal too. Been here for brunch, dinner and lunch. Always good service and great food.

Visited the Cheesecake Cafe while in Edmonton on New Year's Day. We had a large group of 7 without a reservation. The restaurant accommodated us well. The restaurant atmosphere was perfect after a busy day. Our group ordered appetizers, sandwiches and dessert. Overall prices for apps and dessert was reasonable. Portion size was great for the price. Main meals seemed... More

It was a sad state of affairs at dinner last night. Our group of 4 was out to celebrate a special occasion and upon arrival to a near empty parking lot we should have turned around and went elsewhere but....we decided to give it a go. Not only did our wine arrive barely chilled (an expensive Australian) the wine glasses... More

We took our daughter and grandchildren for dinner at Thanksgiving. We expected it to be very crowded, but to our surprise it was not to bad. The wait was about 10 minutes before we were seated. The server was with us in a few minutes to take our drinks. When she returned we were ready to order our meal. The... More

Went to the Cheesecake Factory for the first time with my family from the area. Found the restaurant to be clean and well appointed. Service that particular evening was very slow and seemed a bit disjointed as we ended up with extra beer as two wait staff brought it to us without knowing the other was delivering. At this point... This restaurant used to have one of the largest most diverse menus with options from pastas, burgers and other entrees. They have scaled back the menu considerably. The service was slow and took a while for things to come. The food was good. I ordered a steak sandwich which came with a side salad and fries. For dessert I had... More

I was walking by and spotted the cheesecake cafe. Decided I needed something decadent and had death by chocolate. Very attentive waiter even though I only had cake and coffee. I was pleased and would go back again.

It took over 40 minutes from the time we ordered to receive our food. We thought they forgot about us. Our burgers were dry and over cooked (almost charred). We went specifically so our child could have cheesecake on her birthday and it turns out they don't even bring a candle if you ask. We will never go back again... More
