We were headed down to Victoria for a few days and stopped for breakfast on the way down. Spanish omelet, toast and jam, home made hash browns and wonderful coffee in a carafe left on the table. It was so good, that we stopped in again for breakfast on the way home. This time, two eggs, four sausages and three... More

Food ok , but not as good as it used to . Several other places to eat in Duncan are better food and better value. Atmosphere is noisy but staff are friendly.

Never had a bad meal here. Today I had the beef dip and coworker the seafood sandwich. If you really want a challenge and are super hungry get the clubhouse. Desserts to die for. You won't be disappointed.

The food here is certainly not pretentious, but then again, neither are the prices. The frequent line-ups are proof of the popularity of this long-standing Duncan landmark. Located for quick access on the highway through town, with plentiful parking, this is a regular stop for all ages. Be sure to check out the specials on the chalk board behind the... More

Always popular and a popular stop for locals. Often a wait, but rarely long. One of those restaurants with "mile high" pie, so you know everything else, especially the specials.

We had a great meal here, both choosing from the special board. I had the Boston clam chowder and Mac. & cheese, my husband the BBQ chicken and the strawberry milkshake, which he said was the best he'd had in Canada! The service was efficient and our waitress, Annie, was friendly and every where was clean, including the washroom. Lovely... More

I have put this place on one of my favourites for breakfast. The service is fast and I especially like that they leave the coffee craft at the table. I had the meat lovers omellet stuffed with bacon ham and sausage. It comes with has Brown's and toast. It was delicious and so large I could not it all. Well... More

It had been a year since we were in Duncan, and wanted to try the Doghouse again. Mid-morning on a Thurrsday and it was packed. Mostly locals - so that tells you how good this place is. Eggs Benny, bacon pancakes ...everything we tried was very good. Staff are warm and customer focused. Don't pass this place up if you... More
