Close to the heart of Granville island, this little shack creates scrumptious fare. We had a Po'r Boy sandwich, it had 3 deliciously grilled oysters on a milk bun with perfect slaw. The Tacones with cod was surprisingly tasty, lightly battered fried cod wrapped with...More

This place always has a line up.  I was told 100 minutes which was dead on accurate.  It was a beautiful day so why not stroll over to Granville Island to kill some time.  I ordered the salmon burger and was disappointed with the thinness...More

Avoid the line-ups and long wait for food by dining mid week on a dull, cool day. No wait at the order window and my order of cod and chips was ready within 10 minutes. Crisp batter and fries. Soup, wraps, burgers, sandwiches and calzones...More

My husband and I visited Go Fish on vacation. We recommend the cod fish and chips. It was inexpensive, hot and crisp. Meters above fish and chips we've had in England. The chefs are fun and lighthearted and there is a great view to enjoy...More

In my opinion this place is overrated. Yes they have a lot of customers. But you shouldn't have to wait almost an hour for one piece of fish and chips. And what a small portion of chips.

Being for Ireland, I know a good fish and chip, many of those in N America are greasy and don't have the right balance of crispness. This place is as good as I've found compared to Ireland and Wales. Of course, nothing will be better...More

If you're into a bunch of bros yelling to each other while you wait over an hour for your food this is the place for you. Racist gangsta rap and EDM is blaring. Place could be so much better if they hired a team of...More

We discover this place by chance walking toward the fisherman's wharf. It is a nice place on a sunny day to have fish for lunch. The dishes are very nice and tasty. The staff is very nice and cool but the service is way too...More

This is a nice and authentic outside fish and chips diner. You get fresh and delicious seafood for a good price. Avoid to go there on weekends or holiday, it's very busy.

I have a lot of faith in reviews on TripAdvisor, so my wife and I stopped in on a Sunday as we were passing thru Vancouver. The line was about 25 people, but we got in line and waited ... since it was very slow,...More

Concerned that too many reviews gave it a poor service rating; I am taking family members tomorrow at 5 pm and will be mindful of this comment. Hope the manager reads this as my review will appear on TripAdvisor by Friday morning. At least you got a warning - cheers! GREGOR CAMPBELL VICTORIA, BC

WOW! I am surprised to hear that the service was rated as poor. I have only been three times but I live here and it's absolutely great food. It's basically a take-out wagon and they have a 45-60 minute line-up at peak times... More
