Service was good. Nicholas did a great job serving us. We had 2 babies and he was helpful and patient. Food good. Had the Risotto and it was good value.

We visited at 5pm on a Tuesday for $12 pasta Tuesdays. I ordered the carbonara. It was very good and of all of the carbonaras I've tried on this side of the Atlantic and it was one of the best. I ordered 2 meatballs for...More

Great service and fantastic food. Contemporary cozy atmosphere, a great place to connect. I had the fusilli lughi, it was the perfect amount of creamy and the pasta was beautiful.

We had gone there after the break. Quality of food remained poorer. Ordered a steak: meat was not good, thick and chewy, potatoes were frozen and then grilled. Unfortunately bad experience.

We popped in for a quick family dinner after a long day with my nephew. Our server was Nicholas and he picked up right away that we were in a hurry (to see a movie!), and made sure to rush all orders without making us...More

We left the Fifth Avenue Cinemas laughing from Apatow's latest jam (Two Thumbs Up) and ravenous on a Sunday night. Try finding a decent bite in this puritan town at such a late hour. Man, was I pleasantly surprised by the simply yet aptly named...More

Nice location and decor. The food is good Italian, a tasty selection of antipasti, a pretty good risotto special and spaghetti bolognese that met with my son's high standards. The special of mussels was sold to us as a pound of mussels but was probably...More

Ate dinner here on July 6, 2017. Impeccable service by Nicholas, succulent short-rib pappardelle, and brussel sprouts that I am still thinking about days later. Can't wait to get back to Vancouver to eat here.

Kitsilano is one of Vancouver's most transformative
neighbourhoods. With a long history of coffee culture
and poetry readings, its days of flower children and
buskers may be long-gone, but not without leaving
their mark on the number of organic restaurants and
fair-trade cafes in the area. At the centre of
Kitsilano ("Kits" for short) the almost idyllic
expanse of Kits Beach offers the opportunity for a

Trattoria Italian Kitchen is a vibrant, restaurant, where contemporary design unites with casual Italian dining and a focus on sharing. Service is relaxed, knowledgeable and welcoming. The menu consists of traditional trattoria style cuisine - hand made pizzas, bruschetta, antipasto, pasta and meat platters, fresh fish and familiar Italian staple items like Forno Roasted Chicken and Veal Scaloppini with an aim to keep our menu items at $20 or less. A carefully chosen selection of 50 wines make up a list representing the major regions in Italy including Tuscany, Piedmont, Veneto and Sicily. Add in a few boutique California, and British Columbia wineries and you have the perfect combination of a simple, yet comprehensive wine selection.
