Totally worth the price. It is a place for a long and calm breakfast. The service was great as was the food.

The rest was burnt, made on UHT milk, frightful. Breakfast menu was brilliant with lots variety, I had la sante boiled eggs avo tomatoes... More

We arrived at 9:10 on Saturday and the queue was long with the wait estimated at well over 90mins, came earlier today & the wait was worth it! Fantastic menu, best mocha I've ever tasted, friendly & super-efficient staff, awesome waffles & great cocktails. They're so good we wonder why they're not open for dinner! 🍽

This is a cool restaurant with an unusual menu. We met friends for breakfast at 8 am on a Thursday morning. There was a line forming at 730 and when it opened we were seated right away. We ordered the lavender lattes which were both delicious and beautiful. The flavour was just perfect, lightly sweet and perfect amount of milk... More

The food is good, however for how long you have to wait (1h+) there are plenty of other great brunch places out there to choose from. Loved the lavender latte. Lots of gluten Free options & gf bread! Very busy inside.

We were only staying in Vancouver for three days so we arrived before they opened on Victoria Day. We still had to queue. When we got to the front of the queue we were offered the option of sitting at the bar or coming back in 30-45 minutes. We opted to come back and we're so glad we did. The... More

I'm dubious about waiting in line for anything, especially a restaurant. But, glad I did. My buddy had eaten here and raved about the waffles w/ a White Chocolate Pistachio Rosewater dipping sauce. I imagined a freshly made hot waffle and the sauce drizzled over it. These are small pre-made waffles, and the sauce is service in a dipping cup.... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
