We dined here 12+ years ago and recently again enjoyed the meal. The drinks were made properly (vodka martini and a cosmo.), the server was very professional and the pacing of the service was just perfect for us. The meal was perfect.

We had lunch of fish and chips at the Teahouse. It was cooked to perfection and well presented. The service was quick and the waiter was very polite. It was convenient for the hop on off bus into Vancouver.

Great place to have a totally immersive Vancouver food experience, if you've got the wallet for it. Wonderful if the weather is with you and you can find space outside. Beware of a nasty crowd of Ladies who Lunch, Accompanied by their children.

The Teahouse Restaurant in Stanley Park shares a number of distinctions. First it is in one of, if not the best, parks we have ever been in. New York is the only comparable park I can think of. The restaurant presents itself extremely well with...More

Stanley Park
Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up
close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy
expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views,
beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical
getaway spot for friends and families, especially as
it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its
best equestrian outlets.

My apologies, I missed your question, sorry I am not sure where they obtain their candies, not being a candy person, I really didn't even notice; how observant you are! Hope you've had some luck in the meantime.

I have no idea. We had early dinner on the patio when sun was starting to set. I'm sure we could have ordered dessert and coffee (or tea) and called it tea time.
