Had the chance of having dinner here on my business trip. We booked in advance and had a great dinner. Service and quality of food was brilliant! Price was definitely not reasonable, but for what you get for dining there, I'd say is totally worth it. 事前予約をし、出張の際にこちらで夕食を食べました。価格は高いですが、料理および接客がすばらしいので、十分行く価値があります。ビジネスディナーや特別な日におすすめなレストランです。

Nice, Lovely elegant restaurant and quiet atmosphere; good for a couple or a small group. In the middle of downtown but on a small cove-like location. Food is eclectic and I don't recall the menu right now.

We have dined here for years for special occasions. The food is always excellent in preparation and presentation The restaurant can be noisy, we ask for a "quiet" table .The service is generally impeccable although we have heard a few complaints but never had a bad experience ourselves

This place has rude customer service even though the food is delicious, as if they know they are good so take it or leave it attitude. The GM would rather argue with customer and tell them they are at fault over a $19 dish, just because the GM won't own up to his responsibility to offer to wrap up to... More

Dinner with friends. I love French cuisine and this dinner was pretty good. Topped with the foi gras it was even better. It was quite a noisy environment though, which was surprising. Lots of hustle and bustle no sound dampening.

This is one of my favorite gems in the city of Vancouver. Traditional French cuisine with impeccable quality and succulent fare. The service is also 'superb'! I love the Lobster bisque and have been many times for anniversaries! Highly recommend this cosy little piece of France in vancouver!

Le crocodile has been an institution in the vancouver dining scene for 30 years.. there simply is no question that the food is superb and if when you wander to the bathrooms you linger a little to witness the frenetic coordinated symphony of Michel the owner and master chef and his kitchen staff at work you really wonder why anyone... Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset Beach invite swimmers, strollers, and picnic-lovers to take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along with the sunrise, offering breathtaking views at any time of day. The West End merges together so many looks and flavors probably because it functions a hub: its the leafy pit-stop between nightlife and entertainment venues along Davie Street, and the shopping paradise that is Robson Street, offering visitors beautiful parkland to rest on, and quick, easy food to re-fuel with in between ventures.
