I stopped in for a drink after a long day at a conference. Sat at the bar. I didn't have any food but I tried a few of their craft beers. Each was excellent. Service was friendly and prompt. Would certainly go back again!

But this is one of my favorite restaurants in Canada. You have to try the dry ribs..... awesome...... Lot's of local brew on tap.... always make it a point of going when I'm in Vancouver.

OMG I can not get this sandwich out of my mind. Thank goodness I don't live in Vancouver or I'd be there every week to have it.

Steamworks is always my first stop when I arrive in Vancouver. The people are so nice and they're always anxious for you to try their newest beers. The wings, poutine, and salmon burger are a few of my favorites. You won't be disappointed.

We visited here while in Vancouver. Really liked the pub it's bigger then you think. Food wise lunch and main menu. Lots of choice. We had a BBQ chicken to chilli to burger. So quite a range. Staff were great and refilled drinks without asking. They are on the ball. We didn't have dessert or starters.

Great service and wonderful vibe with excellent beer and food. You can watch as they brew the beer and enjoy several different ambiances. The wood and cave like feeling completes a unique experience.

A local brewery right outside of Gas town. It was a fun bar environment, a great original interpretation of a Bellini. Delicious beer, and nice burgers. I didn't see the dining area because we sat in the bar, but the server was prompt and offered great service.

Meal was great, prices a bit high but to be expected in this area. Great beer specials, and obviously a beautiful part of the city to enjoy a beer on the small patio outside. Not too busy, great service.

Thank Kory M

Staying in Gastown

Neighbourhood Profile
A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's history a more lively presence here than anywhere else. Having been originally founded around a popular worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of Vancouver's best micro-breweries, creative cocktail joints, and corner bars can be found in this area. Classical charm suffuses its many vintage boutiques and the brick-built structures that an army of creative professionals call home.
