This restaurant is consistently good. Never had a bad meal or service ever! It is a charming restaurant, with a warm casual feel. No stuffy over the top types...but service is Top Notch.

One of the best restaurants I've been to. Everything was amazingly good! The oysters were a great appetizer. I tried the venison steak, because I've never had one before. It was very tender and really comparable to my wife's filet mignon. I'd definitely get it...More

The service was great save the snooty host. The calamari appetizer was unique, but we didn't like it. The oysters were fine, and you can get them raw or cooked in any denomination. The halibut special was delicious. I had the seafood trip with lobster,...More

Best restaurant in Whistler. We went with our kids. Everyone loved the food. Best muscles. They even specially prepared our muscles to order. Great staff. Very accommodating. We went twice during our week stay.

Rim rock usually books up months before the holiday season. Unless you have already secured a reservation i would not count on getting in. It is their busiest time of year.

Description
In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.
