Visited our favorite restaurant this past three day weekend and I would caution all to visit as soon as doors opens. There was a line when we arrived at 4:30PM and quickly noticed people being quickly processed at 5:00PM sharp. We were unaware reservations could be made (always seemed to have lucked out as walk in's) and lucked out this... More

Best Sushi in Whistler. A good selection of speciality rolls, good drink selection and a very nice service.

We enjoyed our dinner and found the service efficient. Being there at opening - 5pm meant no waiting which was a bonus.

Everyone raved about Sushi Village so we had to try it. I was disappointed, my little town in Florida has better. I thought the specialty rolls were very uninteresting, The super hero roll was the best, the others nothing special. We ordered the soup also just okay. I thought the prices were reasonable. But the menu needs to be a... More

Bit overrated, not supeclean, but sushi actually excellent. They need to vacuum and clean up better, and wash off the laminated menus.

We have been visiting Sushi Village for 10 years, at least. The food is fantastic, the sushi is always awesome (best I have ever had - maybe outside Japan). The GF menu is really good for a Japanese restaurant - and they bring you Tamari as well. Great drinks menu too. We will always return when we come to Whistler.... More

The food at this restaurant is so insanely good that I cannot stop thinking about it! and cannot wait to go back. We've never had that fresh tuna sashimi ever, the creativity of the rolls, including the addition of mango (yum!) and crisp lettuce in the green salad with the Japanese dressing...to die for!!!

We had a big group for dinner which the place can accommodate. The food is typical Japanese, the sushi is great .The sake is within the affordable range too. Surprising the waiter can remember all our orders. Would recommend going there for early dinner in order to avoid the crowd

Sushi Village is well known and we have been a few times now. As always .... book ahead! It is very popular and the wait for walk in dining is long. This time we had sashimi, House special rolls and the piece de resistance was the Sukiyaki hot pot. Wow, what a meal. Had to be carried out it was... More

Sushi was good... Nothing over the top to talk about...but not bad... fun loud atmosphere, but very over priced. Sushi chefs almost seemed a bit inexperienced and unsure what specific rolls were. Not complaining...just not worth the huge bill received at the end of the night
