Fantastic tasting, authentic wood fired pizza. The wine list is great and doesn't have to break the bank. Highly recommended.

Great experience for the most part. Most of the family ordered the three course dinner. Desserts showed up halfway through the salad course. Ooops! They got sent back to the kitchen, ain't no one got time for that foolishness. The few imbibers of wine sampled a flight, which was nice. The gluten-free pizza for the celiac-sufferer was tough and chewy.... More

I would warmly recommend this restaurant and wine club. The food was super awesome, and the service was the nicest we have experienced in St.Johns yet, and we have been here for a couple of days already.

I moved back to St. John's in December and I've been here 4 times since -- you can not get a better lunch deal in town!!! The wait staff are lovely. This is hands down one of my favourite places to bring my friends & family, everyone is always so pleased.

Popped in unexpectedly during a snowstorm and we were not disappointed! The service was incredible and the lunch special was delicious! Beet salad and The Stephanie pizza were recommended by Jason (best server ever) and the Dulche tart was to die for!! This place has a great atmosphere and was one of our favorite spots in St. John's all weekend!

This was our second visit. Just as good as the first. The Stephanie (as featured on Food Network's YGEH) is just as good as advertised with caramelized pears, prosciutto and feta. If planning to go on a Saturday, come early. Every table was full after 6pm, although I believe the new Elizabeth Ave. location is a bit bigger.

Visiting St. John's for the Brier and discovered this great little Pizza and wine bar. Wood fired. Absolutely one of the best pizzas I've had (just like in Italy) Highly recommend :)

Piatto is a gathering place centred around a passion for fine food, fabulous wines, friends and family. Check out the little gems we've come across—diverse wines from across the globe, authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, coffee and fabulous desserts—all in a casual atmosphere and with reasonable prices.

In our world, authenticity is big. Our pizzaiolo use ingredients and procedures regulated by the Italian governing association (VPN)—so you experience a "true" pizza like you would find in the energetic pizzerias in Naples, Italy (but without the airfare).
