We attempted eating at the Old Triangle this past weekend. We were out celebrating my father in laws 60th birthday and due to previous great experiences this was his request of where we dine. They were quite busy as you would expect on a Saturday....More

We had the usual suspects: - fish bites (great, little bit spicy haddock) - lamb burger - one of the best burgers in the world - absolutely amazing - red beer and blueberry beer And great service. The interior is also very welcoming.

Food is alright. Service is very slow. Appetizers arrived slightly after the main course. Service was generally slow all around. Made reservations from the website, only to be advised when we arrived that they dont take reservations and to "find a seat". Food is alright.

This is a great place to go and unwind. Music, comrade rice, good beer etc. Went after work on Friday nights and it was always hopping with friends. Visitors to the city will get the vib of Halifax.

Looms great from the street, menu was pretty long which is never a good sign to be honest. had the Ploughmans Lunch which seemed like it would be essentially a working mans charcuterie. Everyrhing on the board was ordinary and boring. Even the must was...More

Stopped into this local favorite while visiting downtown Halifax with my wife. Staff was friendly and we loved the atmosphere. Food was decent pub grub and reasonably priced.

Plenty of tasty food and you won't leave hungry. Great service. I had a salad plate and my husband the corned beef sandwich.
