True English Pub feel. Great food,... best chips, just like in England. Great service and fantastic selection of beer. Best patio in all of Burlington because it "dog friendly". I'll be spending a lot of my time there, you should to.

Came with a group of friends for drinks and some food in the evening. First of all, the bouncer was quite rude when asking people to line up. The inside is dark and dingy, and staff were lingering around, apparently watching guests. Food tasted good, but we found the prices quite high ($13 for poutine). One friend was also denied... More

Homemade soup (Curry, beans, bacon) of the day was excellent. Also house salad was excellent. Fresh ingredients and lovely dressing. Service was excellent too. Very pleasant experience.

Patrons and staff and friendly and beer is cold. What more can you ask for? Location is right down town in Burlington. Nice patio and food is slightly above average.

Great friendly atmosphere and very good food. The staff are very friendly and there is a good variety of local and exported beer.

We've visited this pub a few times and the food is consistently good. Initially, we were scared off by some of the other reviews, but ended up venturing forth because the location worked well for a group dinner. We are so glad that we found this pub. The atmosphere works well for teenagers, too. Lots of choice on the menu.

There was a group of 5 of us - service was great & all the meals arrived at once & all hot(which is exceedingly rare these days). When we first arrived it appeared to be mainly seniors having dinner but within a short time the place filled up with all ages. Lots of families!

My friend and I have gathered there frequently to catch up and enjoy a beer or two. Once in a while we actually order some food. Generally, the food is ok and the service also ok. Once in a while we get disappointed with both food and service but all in all, an ok place to meet for a beer.

We met up here for drinks. They were out of 5 different popular draft types. The server was good although not the fastest getting us drinks we ordered. Ordered a few appetizers which were all good. The dumplings were actually very good. We will go back.

Thank jason h
