We headed here for a late drink and a band was playing and there was a lineup outside. We asked how long and we were told it shouldn't be too long. But we waited and waited until we walked away.

Nice pub style restaurant to visit when in Niagara on the lake. Bar at the front and quieter seating in the back, chicken and peach pie was awesome as were the bruschetta bread and wings. I think everything here would be a good choice to have.

My wife, mom, aunt & her partner all visited the Angel Inn for dinner. We all had a different menu items (sandwich to full meals and dessert) and everyone was pleased with what was served. We especially recommend the lamb as well as the fish & chips. Make sure you save room for the bread pudding. An excellent choice of... More

The food and drinks were amazing- the staff gave great customer service and we tried the best cider. They gave us great pointers for wineries to check out and found them very helpful.

I can't recommend the OAI enough. I visited Niagra on the Lake during Easter weekend and the Inn was the cherry on top of a lovely trip. The décor, charm and history of the Inn made for such a unique experience. Situated in the heart of downtown, the Inn was close to shops, restaurants, and the water. We got an... More

Rustic and busy place which serves typical bar and home made food. Nothing fancy but solid. We had very good burgers, yummy fish and chips and two good salads. Finished with a great apple crumble. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They serve various beers that are brewed under the Angel brand.

We had dinner here during a recent trip to NOTL. I had heard about the unique dishes and had to try the Chicken & Peach Pie - it was delicious! My husband had the Fisherman's Pie and loved that as well. Topped off with a wonderful vanilla creme brulee for dessert, it made for a wonderful evening along with the... More

I love this place. The Angel Inn is a classic stop.... I hope it never changes. It's a great place- loads of history- and watch out for a few spooks trolling around. Please return to the classic ploughmans lunch..... keep it in the classic style. Why mess with a good thing?

My daughters wanted to watch the Penguins hockey playoff so we surveyed the pubs and the staff at the Angel Inn assured us that if it wasn't blacked out, they would have it on. We arrived 30 minutes before the game, scored a table by a tv, and ordered some drafts. They have a great selection of both draft beer... More
