I love the pho here and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is so tranquil. Love seeing all the orchids growing. I have gone here several times and have never been disappointed with my orders of pho. I have not tried anything other than pho. This is my favorite restaurant for pho.

In Ottawa we are spoiled for choice when it comes to Vietnamese Restaurants. It is pretty hard to go wrong so get out there and sample for yourself. But if you need reliable excellence, this is my go-to-place. It was my sister who discovered it, but now my wife and I go every time we need our fix. My parents... More

We don't live in Ottawa but find ourselves there every 2-4 weeks for something. When we want to have lunch or supper and ask our family where they might like to go, 9 times out of 10, we end up here. The food is fresh, consistent and delicious. Portions are large and meals are colourful and as hot or cool... More

I ate mixed beef with tripe etc pho which is tasty and good value but not the best. I ordered shrimp spring rolls not expecting them to be deep fried which I did not like.

The restaurant isn't fancy, but food and service are great. We were greeted upon entry and immediately sat. We started with beef cold rolls - lots of beef and mint. DH had one of the beef pho soups and I had the BBQ pho. Broth was favourable and not salty like pho is some other places. The accompanying basil and... More

Having tried many Pho places in Ottawa, I must admit that the service and the quality of the food is best at Saigon Boy. The owner is absolutely delightful and always happy to provide industrial quantities of basil since I enhale that stuff with my pho. My favorite pho is shrimp and chicken in spicy chicken broth and he always... More

I know that "best Pho" is a personal experience...but I have been eating it for years in Ottawa, in many different places., and this is my favorite! For me, the Pho #29 or #37 - which is chicken stock, generous hunks of chicken meat and without/with sate respectively - is unmatched! My dining companions have enjoyed #34 (BBQ pork), some... More

Awesome food at great prices. The portions for pho are incredible and the largest size is only 9.95. Definitely a great stop for Vietnamese in Ottawa.

We stopped for an early dinner/late lunch. Service and food were excellent. We both had a bowl of pho. The pho was excellent and served with a side of bean sprouts, basil and lime. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody in the area.

I travel to Ottawa frequently for work and, when I do, I always try to pay a visit to Saigon Boy Noodle House. I am very particular about my Vietnamese food and there are very few places that match my expectations of "good Vietnamese" (I have but one restaurant in my hometown of Calgary.) In any case, Saigon Boy Noodle... More
