Don't be fooled by the functional and slightly crowded interior, this spot is a hidden gem. Packed with expats and locals, divine comfort food at its best! The mince and tatties were delish and the eccles cake was outstanding. The teapots are all presented in cozies with china cups like your gran would have served. Pick up some jaffa cakes... More

Not roomy, but enough room if you aren't disabled. OK for sandwiches and salads for lunch. Friendly staff. Typical UK pantry foods for sale. A large bowl of soup, lunch special rice with lanb curry, trifle dessert, and coffee for $27+ is expensive. Food was good, service good. Washroom was clean, but tiny.

We stopped here on our way home from Michigan. We had a full English breakfast (yummy!) and then shopped take away for the homemade pastries and tarts and imported chocolate and jam and pickled onion. Everything was so good !!!

This cozy little spot has such great food. I enjoy their traditional English breakfast and have visited many times. The staff is so nice and friendly and I love the atmosphere. Love the bread pudding !!!! They also have a nice selection of imported English confections. Then there is a display case with a variety of freshly made steak pies... More

Scottish brogues and British accents are par for the course here at this wonderfully intimate restaurant and tea room. Go there now. You will love this place. The pasties are to die for -- Irene is the owner and she is just so wonderful as she explains the English specialties. Be sure to look in the cold case and in... More

If you like heavy and greasy and over priced then , this is your place ! It would appear that most of the clientele are regulars who are British and like that greasy stuff but it just wasn't our " cup of tea " so to speak !
