Husband and I went for a bite to eat and we were so pleased with our server, Chris, as my receipt told me. Very kind and attentive, we were never lacking anything! Food was good but our server is what made our experience great :) Thanks again!

Fast and friendly delivery service. Food was hot and tasty. We were provided with all condiments needed and necessary cutlery.

My mom, grandma, son and I love eating at this restaurant. They have a cute kids drink with frozen koolaid in a cup of white soda. My son absolutely loved it. The food is always good and portion size is good for what you pay. My favorite thing to order is the poutine and a Bloody Mary. The bathroom and... More

They ran out of chicken at 130 pm. Made us wait 2 hours food was cold and not very nice. Not even a free drink for our wait.

Average type of meal at an average place. Not much flavour and not very fresh. Sort of annoying lay out and not a place I would return to anytime soon.

Restaurant was not as clean as we would have expected. It was cold inside as well. Our waiter was always in a rush and really seemed disinterested in us. Brought food that we did not order. Food was just OK. A little disappointed for sure.

We stopped in for lunch today, given the choice of lunch or regular menu. We both chose the regular menu. The staff was very friendly, service was great, food choices good, quality good (quality was good for the type of restaurant) and the value was good. It was clean and bright, good decor.

We stop in the Sault on the way from Ontario every few months and wanted to try Swiss Chalet. We've never ordered Ribs so we decided on a couple rib combos to be delivered to our hotel room. The website was terrible, I had trouble ordering and then it timed out after I clicked submit and never sent a confirmation..I... More

Food was cold. Waited 45 minutes before the waitress came out and told there would be another 45 minute wait because they ran out of chicken. Poor waitress was taking the brunt from other people. The manager should have been out telling people.

The chicken was good the fries were not. The soup was bland but the restaurant was clean and the service excellent. We ate their spicy special with spiced fries. Overcooked and way too salty. We couldn't eat them at all. Best to get the baked potato.

Description
Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?
