Eat in or take out a slice of this pizza. Slices are so big they use 2 paper plates to serve it. Salads and pasta too. Not a fancy place. Say yes to basil oil spread on your crust. They close by 11.

I've never had such a big pizza slice!!!! The pizza was baked in an oven while we watched. The pizza was soooo fresh and goey. The pop was all bottled rather than canned. It was a welcomed change from the usual fast pizza chains!

King Slice pizza is great pizza. Flavour and size of serving for value is outstanding! The restaurant has indoor seating and a small patio for summer that's a great stop. This is a pizza that is worth a revisit when you are in the vicinity. Delivery has been consistently slow and the pizza is cold which is unfortunate for such... More

I can only speak about the individual slices as I've never had whole pizzas here. The portions are of a generous size and the taste is very good. The staff are usually helpful. The reason why I'm giving only two stars and not four stars is because the base if often burnt, sometimes to an annoying state where it's just... More

I ordered a pizza this evening to be delivered to my apartment. When it arrive 45 minutes later, the order was incomplete and the pizza was cold! I LIVE ACROSS THE STREET! When I called to complain and spoke to the supposed "owner", he first denied that my order was incomplete and then denied that the pizza was cold. Then... More

Big slices, yes. Best slices? No. (Try, King Slice on Yonge or North of Brooklyn on Queen for best slices.) Not much variety here. Big, glutinous pizza slices. That's all.

bought a whole pizza today for dinner and must have spilled a salt shaker over it - could not eat it - their slices are good but this will be the last time we order a whole pizza as we've given them a few opportunities to get it right - how can you do slices OK but not whole pizzas

I've been to King Slice many times - both bloor and queen st w. Both have amazing service and the food is just so delicious and it's very reasonably priced. My boyfriend and I typically order a large king slice special (we like leftovers) and the garlic sauce the put on the crust with their homemade chilli flakes is a... More

What makes a good pizza, yes you use good dough to get a good result but what is a make or break thing (atleast for me) is the sauce which you use on the dough. This place something different not sure how they achieve, but it is perfect. Take out or eat here, add garlic oil to your pizza and... More

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
