My boyfriend and I went to Rebozos because of the show taco wars. We expected a great taco. When we went in we were less then impressed with the atmosphere. It was like we were eating in a house for dinner with very cheap decorations. When we were approached by the waitress to order our meal, I ordered the taco... More

This is for the College St Location, but I'm sure both locations are good! So one day I was asked to eat tacos allllll day, and to help judge 'Toronto's best taco' (for "Taco Wars"), and I can happy to say, ROBOZO's won! I can tell you that their Beef Tongue taco is amazing and flavourful. And for those that... More

This is a small family restaurant without a lot of frills and some limited parking right in front. The food is simple at first glance, but some of the menu items traditionally take significant time to prepare. During my trips to Mexico City in the past, I have sampled all types of this city's cuisine which represents many different parts... More

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
