Seasonal food, is simply an art watch the master sushi owner I guess, prepare and explain all different dishes...my favourites, rice with salmon egg and tuna tartare( great combination) and the 2 declination of tuna...A little modest suggestion, extend and do more attractive wine selection...More

This restaurant was highly recommended by a friend, who goes to Japan quite often. I've had some amazing meals in Japan, and this ranks right up there. Everything from the ambiance to the food and service was excellent. Fish quality was superb, and being able...More

This maybe one of the best meals I've had in my life - and I've had a lot of meals. The space is very low key, but you know you're in for something special. The chefs come out, and it's like a performance. But way...More

This omakase was a truly delicious, memorable, and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. Atmosphere / Location: Tucked in the quaint neighbourhood on Harbord Street. Very small and...More

We had an excellent experience at Yasu. The quality of the food, freshness and polite staff made the whole experience worth while. Enough said.

Yasu is imo, the best sushi restaurant in Toronto. I prefer it over many of the popular high-end spots like Kaji and JaBistro. While those places offer non-sushi courses and more unique options like aburi as part of their omakase, Yasu offers only edo style...More

At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination
for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip
