Our waiter was great/helpful. We enjoyed fresh sushi, sashimi and the ultimate was the suki Yaki (pictured below). It was our eldest son's birthday celebration. He always picks out top notch places to enjoy on our $, lol. It was all very tasty.

This restaurant was our favourite on a recent short trip to Toronto. The staff are so welcoming and make the whole experience feel very authentic. Food is very good quality and a good range of things to choose from. Would definitely recommend.

My second visit to this very good sushi restaurant in the entertainment district. There is the little circular train of pagodas carrying various sushis going around the bar and the sushi chefs prepare them in front of us. Good attentive service and very good value.

This is one of our regular pre-theatre or TSO dinner spots. The sushi is always super fresh and delicious. Rolls are delicious. We tried the Shabu Shabu on our last visit and it was excellent. Highly recommended

My wife and I joined our son at Fune for dinner last week - he had recommended the place as “his favourite sushi spot”, so we had to go... The location has easy parking, and the arrival experience was “ok”....the cute “river “ carrying various...More

Our lack of familiarity with Japanese cuisine and eating etiquette led to some unusual things happening at this restaurant. We elected to be seated at the a la carte section rather than at the interesting sushi “boat” part and we struggled a little to have...More
