Average food. Great wait staff. The food was average at best. But the drink selection was great. Lots of TVs for sports. Great scene.

We stopped in before a leafs game, we never had a chance to eat. They served the dirtiest beer glasses I've ever seen. The manager had said they don't wash there dishes it goes threw a professional machine. It was a horrible excuse. I never write reviews but this place needed one. Don't go there people.

There are a lot of options when it comes to dining in downtown Toronto, so we were surprised at the poor level of service and poor quality of food here. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that the piece of chicken that arrived was no bigger than 2" x 2", and maybe 1/4 inch... More

The interior is pretty sterile and while the servers are welcoming, it becomes evident very quickly that they could care less about about the enjoyment of your visit. The menu is limited but has some interesting items on it. Unfortunately, the taste of the food doesn't bear up to the menu description. My fish tacos had nothing but the taste... More

There's so many good reasons to go to Bottom Line but the wings are number 1 and truly the best ever.

We enjoyed a late lunch here. I loved the fish tacos. There are three which I found to be one too many but they were delicious. My spouse enjoyed the smoked meat sandwich with perfectly cooked French fries ( which I also liked ). Service was efficient and friendly.

My girlfriend and I ate here last weekend before attending a Leaf game. Our hotel was a few blocks away and we decided to try it out on our way to the game. The menu was exactly what you would expect to find at a pub. Burgers, wraps, finger foods, plenty of appetizers, mostly everything deep-fried. My girlfriend is a... More

First tip - don't go here to watch a game, this is not a sports bar even though it has morphed massively since the first time I went here in the very late 90s when it was more of a swanky hipster cocktail/wine bar with maybe a single TV in the entire place. Now there are TVs everywhere, but they... More

Went for dinner before a Raptors game, January 2017. Server was friendly enough and food came out on time. However, the amount of chicken on the first half of the cajun chicken sandwich I ordered was literally not much more than a tablespoon, and < a 1/4 inch thick. It didn't cover 20% of the bun. The sandwich was essentially... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
