Had the Seafood Risotto - it was great. A reminder of the same dish I had several times on vacation in Italy. We did call for a reservation and were told they didn't take reservations for groups less than six. But were asked if we had reservations when we walked through the front door - not sure what was up... More

We went here a couple years ago and the food was fantastic. This time around the calamari was overly salted, The red wine we ordered I fortunately sent back before the waiter opened it because it felt like it had just come out of a walk in refrigerator! Second bottle came out a room temperature. Lasagna I ordered was decent... More

We went to 7 Numbers over the weekend, first timers. Loved the food, loved the ambience. And the prices weren't bad either. Charlie - our server - was excellent, friendly, and was attentive, without being in your face. The food.... the food. I had the meatballs with a side of linguine. The meatballs were 'soft', and full of flavour. The... More

First timers last weekend to 7 Numbers, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our server - Charlie - was fantastic. Friendly, and knew exactly the right time to come by the table. The food....let's start with the delicious scents of Italy that waft out at you as you walk by the doors outside. I would 100% recommend the meatballs with a... More

Had the Winterlicious menu twice recently. Had the Arrancini appetizer both times -- delicious! First time had the Veal Meatballs -- they were just ok. Second time had the chicken which was great. With the Winterlicious menu, you also get to choose your side. First time had the Chickpea Mash -- the description sounded great, but the tast was pretty... More

We love this cozy neighbourhood spot. We usually order the family meal, which is an assortment of appetizers and salads, followed by all the pastas, followed by one main each which we elect, and two sides. I can never get through all the food, but it is SO good! This is truly genuine Italian food, and every time we return... More

This was my second time coming to 7 Numbers and it has been great on both occasions. We were celebrating my sister's birthday and decided to go the Family Style option. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting. My favorites were the green salad with mushrooms, the fried calamari, the veal lasagna is one of the very best I have ever... More

This was not our first visit to this energetic and comfortable restaurant. Cosy atmosphere (though chairs might be a bit hard...). Very romantic in a rustic Italian kind of way. Very friendly and helpful staff. Make you feel looked after and great depth of knowledge about the foods and wines. We were there for the early seating for New Years... More

I adore this resturant because the food is amazing and owners are so lovely! I have bad food allergies and the menu is so flexible that their is something for everyone. You order your main and that add on your sides so it is easy for the budget or gourmet diner to eat side by side! My favourite dishes include... More

Staying in East End

Neighbourhood Profile
East End
The East End is an eclectic amalgamation of areas that team up to make this district one of the most multi-faceted and alluring. Home to Toronto's LGBT community hub, Gay Village is alive and pumping day or night with friendly bars, nightclubs, and cafes – its thumb is on the pulse of excitement. For a more relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets, tree-lined and bursting at the seams with affluence, often sport farmers markets and street artists, epitomized by the effusive St. Lawrence Market. One of the most gorgeous of Toronto's neighborhoods, it also straddles Lake Ontario in an area called The Beach, where you'll find folks cycling and strolling along the sandy shorelines, getting some sun or enjoying shopping, dining, and pub options. For some fabulous food, the vivacious personalities running the restaurants in the East End's Greektown is only equaled by the fun and authenticity of the street stalls and restaurants at its expansive Indian Bazaar. 'Something for everyone' has never been so accurate.
