Came here with my friend to visit her friends and would recommend a visit here. Food is great and a good selection of drinks.

I had my 30th birthday party here on Dec 30th, I made reservations with Carol for 20 people, the process was very smooth and hassle free! From the time of arrival the staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Our waitress was very nice and helpful and did an overall great job serving us all the apps I had ordered!... More

Very unhip! The staff treat you like children about their nonsensical dress code, even if your in an individual private room among your own colleagues. Totally ruins your precious occasions.

The service started off great but towards the end became slow. The food was pretty average I'd say but good. I went with friends so got to try a few things including a shrimp appetiser, calamari, seafood pasta, and of course tiramisu which was delicious!

I cannot say enough good things about Spacco. The food is just superb. The atmosphere can be romantic, or a great place to catch up with friends or play some pool, or simply party! This place has so much to offer. It's a tucked away, hidden treasure of Yonge & Eglinton. Great food and great service. Each of my numerous... More

We got a great groupon for a 3 course meal for 4 people for approx 65 dollars- food was tasty and our server was great. the food was above average for a billiard bar but the patio is the real star, we can only imaging in the summer with great weather in the heart of young and eglington. great place... Visited this bar for a first date. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a first date however! It's exactly what you would expect - crowded and loud - food is really quite good Outdoor patio is the draw In The nicer weather.

Pro: 1. Nice hidden patio in the heart of Yonge & Eglinton, I think the best patio in the area. It is secluded and shady, away from the noise and dust of the construction-filled streets. Cons: 1. Food is average, the calamari tasted a bit too burnt and bitter, the lamb kebabs were also over-done and bland. Don't expect them... More

I went to this restaurant for a friend's 30th birthday in April. We were a group of 20 so we had the set menu option. I found the space a little small given the size of the group and we only had one waiter who was also waiting on other tables. This made the drink service a little slow. The... More

My husband and I enjoyed dinner at Spacco with friends tonight. We used a Groupon for four and found the selection on the prix fixe menu very good and the service very pleasant and attentive. We were in the restaurant section, which was quiet, and it was easy to visit over dinner. I'm not sure what it would be like... More

Staying in North End

Neighbourhood Profile
North End
The North End is a nucleus of specialty food restaurants and shops, especially around its Mount Pleasant Village area. Frequented by antiquers for its numerous collectable shops, furniture spots, and oddity stores, the North End is a maverick of the quaint and quality. Vintage toy stores, accessory shops, and cinemas welcome perusers to step back in time, while the wide pedestrian squares and the large medical and business community inject it with a dose of modernity. With numerous cafes and Toronto's greatest number of independent booksellers, it isn't uncommon to see folks in this area at their leisure, reading outdoors and in eateries, and taking life a bit more slowly – even if it's only during their lunch break.
