We made a reservation for Friday Dinner and were booked for The Queue since the main restaurant was full. Nice little area, quieter and more intimate. I had the fish and chips and my spouse has the Cajun Seafood Salad, two choices we enjoyed on previous visits. The Cajun Salad was good, as usual, but the fish and chips were... More

Had lunch here on a business trip. Had the seafood chowder as I always must. Very tasty. Also salad with warm seafood was excellent. The server was great. Came here with a business associate. She chose so must be a regular spot. Excellent choice.

The Pilot House is a staple restaurant in Charlottetown due to its cozy environment, delicious food and drinks. The staff are so friendly and professional and the owners are always around to pitch in when needed and will serve, clean and visit with their customers. The main bartender, Mark, is so knowledgeable and goes out of his way to accommodate... More

I was back in Charlottetown for business and I was starving, so my friend took me to The Pilot House. We ate in the pub area as my friend thought it was a brighter atmosphere. We lucked into a great waiter. I just wish I'd remembered to ask his name. He was very friendly and attentive without being annoying. I rarely... More

Excellent food and very pleasing atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return to try more on their menu. Excellent cocktails were had by all four of us and we really enjoyed them.

Great setting, great food and great service. For top shelf dining in a pub like atmosphere. Not pretending to be a line table cloth type of place, but serves that level of food. Haddock was A+.

Went here for a business supper a week ago. We were seated in the dining room. The food and service were excellent. I decided it was so great that I would take my daughter there for her Birthday supper. We were seated at the bar. Food was good but service certainly lacked any effort at all. Would I go back?... I had previously thought Pilot House was OK but nothing special but really liked it this last time. Very good food and excellent service. Looking forward to going back again.
