I always love searching for best places to eat when we are out and we stumbled on this place. Being from Panama I was very familiar with the items on the menu so we decided to try it. The service and food were amazing. Definitely...More

We stumbled across this place the morning after our Bachelor/Bachelorette party! WOW! We were so lucky to have found this place. It was absolutely delicious! And they have SOURSOP/GUANABANA juice! YES!

Let's start by saying that I'm probably 20 years and 2 kids too late to wait 2 hours to eat and still be happy about it. Parking is horrible in the area, and I'm glad we put the maximum amount in the machine because we...More

Super yummy food! A bit crowded and hot inside though, but the food is wonderful! Lots of vegetarian options! They did forget a side in our meal as they were probably rushing a bit since they are really busy!

The restaurant itself is pretty tiny but we got there right before the dinner rush so we didn't have to wait. We had never had Venezuelan food before but we were blown away by the food. The arepas were delicious and the guasacaca sauce was...More

I was brought here by friends who eat gluten free and had no idea what to expect! Once inside, and I was explained the concept, that 'arepa' was a cornbread pocket filled as per our order. This was one of the most delicious and satisfying comfort foods I've ever had, stuffed as the 'arepa' was with cheese and the incredible chicken filling I'd asked for. To drink, I had a tamarind drink which I found was a great accompaniment to my arepa choice!  A well-worth restaurant to visit, and wait for a table if you have to!

If you are staying downtown, I would recommend taking the #55 bus up St-Laurent Ave. Get out at Duluth and it is a very short walk east from that corner.
