Pho 21 has simple, charming and uncluttered decor and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. The food is authentic, tasty and fresh.

The food was simple Vietnamese with some other Asian influence. The prices for dinner were very reasonable. It had decent lunch deals. Please note, this restaurant does not accept any foreign credit cards or debit cards.
