We enjoyed our breakfast there on a cold January day. They use high quality ingredients for their tasty meals. I really liked the artsy decor which for me is just as important as the food itself (if not more ;-) Highly recommend.

Down town for the day and stopped in here for lunch. The place was buzzing so there must be a reason for that. Even though it was busy the service was excellent and the food fantastic. I had the cooked breakfast and it was superb!...More

Visited Le Cartet one afternoon upon recommendations from a few friends. We didn't realize that brunch wasn't served on weekdays and breakfast was over. That was fine. There was a small breakfast menu alongside everything else. Service was standoffish and the food was mediocre. Couldn't...More

Nice breakfast/brunch spot with a good vibe. The food was cooked nicely with a side of potatoes and fruit. Good portion sizes too. We ordered the scrambled eggs with asparagus and a big breakfast with eggs, toast, sausage, beans & bacon.

My husband and I both had the avocado toast with vegetables and added 2 poached eggs. So delicious. Coffee was fabulous. And had a amuse bouche of lemon bread pudding that was delightful. Great service. Nice minimalist decor.

A popular and friendly place to get the meal that North America probably does better than anywhere else. Here, though, breakfast is done better than most, with an array of delicious options that make choosing what to eat quite tricky. Portions are generous, service is...More

This little restaurant tied to a store selling some very nice imported chocolates, and other gourmet foods was great. I had the scrambled eggs with vegetables and chorizo sausage. I forget the name of the dish, but I took a picture, and it was absolutely...More

The food has changed compared to the first time I visited the place few years back. I ordered the Brunch Cartet and it was no where what it was in the past. The quantity was smaller, the quality degraded and the presentation was not as...More

I don't think they take reservations and I imagine it would be crowded. On the other hand, service is pretty efficient and I think they turn tables over fairly quickly. Enjoy if you go.

Try the traditional breakfast of eggs, ham, bacon, potatoes, bake beans and toast. It's served in a skillet and it's very good. However everything on the menu is really good.
