We came for our 18 year wedding anniversary. What a fabulous meal from such an unexpected and unassuming place. Impressions of a regular stove and expert talented cooks preparing meals for the few tables that make up the small quaint and hip setting. Try to...More

Our hotel recommended this cozy spot. We were able to get in on a cancellation and watched lots of couples being turned away with no reservations. We loved this place. Best sweetbreads ever, piglet cheeks, octopus and something else! There is an open kitchen with...More

Exceptional food and choices. A very happening place. We had reservations and watched as a steady stream of people were turned away. They all looked disappointed - having glanced at our meals as they waited to inquire as to availability. They definitely missed out.

Friends raved about this restaurant and reviews were excellent. It is about 1/2 hour walk from the Old City so a bit out of the way. It is quite small and a bit eccentric regarding presentation, service, and menu. They obviously take a great deal...More

If you're hung up on decor and beautiful surroundings this is not the place for you. If food is your focus however you should come and enjoy a great experience.

We were a group of 4 who went looking for good food and adventure. There were lots of good reviews. We were in a state of disbelief when we got there and found a filthy front stoop and dirty looking curtain covering the front window....More
