Most gracious hostess who seated us with the best view of La Rivière St. Laurent and saw to it that our dinner was romantic and unforgettable.

My wife and I had dinner here on a Wednesday night in June 2017. We really enjoyed it. She ordered lamb and I ordered brook trout. We liked the food very much. The brook trout was served creatively, where the meat of the fish was...More

I have been to many fine dining restaurants. I spend a lot of time entertaining clients, so it's really something I do often, however, I am a younger guy and I realize that its hard to not stereotype people, so take this whole review knowing...More

Hopefully the management here hasn't given up? As is evident in many of the reviews. Such a beautiful "canvas" they have there and the potential to get back on track and provide a fantastic experience. Yet there has been no feedback on any comments since August 2009. They need to read these reviews and learn how they can get better and become relevant again!

A classic landmark restaurant re-invented, featuring cutting edge regional cuisine created by one of Quebec's hottest restaurant chefs - Stephane Modat.

Blending the very best of its heritage features with the latest design trends, the Champlain creates a unique and memorable culinary discovery that is second to none.
