I can't say enough about this restaurant. It was like eating artwork, if there is such a thing. When I think of my meal, I realized a real chef prepared this and careful consideration went into his creation. I would like to thank the restaurant...More

The ambience, service and food and wine were great! We have eaten in many restaurants throughout the world - this ranks very high! We started with foie gras, appetizers were the octopus for me and the mushrooms for my wife and then went on to...More

Le Saint-Amour is an elegant French haute-cuisine restaurant with some modern touches. It is fine dining, but not at all stuffy. The room is quite pretty, very floral. The service is professional but friendly, and the food is top-notch. While they specialize in foie-gras, we...More

We had a gourmet luncheon with totally delicious food and impeccable service. The décor is borderline elegant, but the important issue is that they serve the best salmon in this part of the country. I also snitched a bite of my friend's pork and can...More

Lovely meal and exquisite creme brûlée. Service was impeccable and surroundings were beautiful. Went for lunch so a little less expensive as otherwise quite pricy. Definitely worth the price.

Lucky you! Quebec City is beautiful during the holidays. I prefer to make dining reservations far in advance and this will be a busy time in the city.
