Went here recently for lunch. They now have a Thai menu - and a very poor one. Not sure what they were thinking with two good Thai restaurants within a block. We did order but the food was greasy and not tasty. When you go to a pub you expect pub food - or at least sand which options. Despite... More

Our first visit to Slow Food Pub was for All You Can Eat Tacos. The system seemed like a good idea (2 tacos per order) until we realized that it took 30-45 minutes between orders. The restaurant had less than 25 people eating. At one point the waitress apologized for the wait and said it was due to the large... More

I admittedly hadn't been to Slow in about a year, although it was often a place I knew I could enjoy good food with subpar service. The food has continued to be fairly good but the service is outright terrible now. Went on Saturday for "All-You-Can-Eat Tacos" but it felt like "How Long Can You Bare the Poor Service." Place... This was my go-to place for gluten-free in Regina. The last time we were there we asked about the gluten-free pizzas and we were told that there just wasn't a need for it. Sad day for me and we haven't been back since

Stopped here for supper after several colleagues of mine recommended this brewpub. This place make their own beer. I tried some of their beer, very poor sweet beers very syrupy. Then I ordered some food, a burger, bun overly toasted, patty fell apart with very little blue cheese. My side was a poutine with "cheese curds" which were cubed melted... More

Small space with brewery filling up most of the room. Food was ok but nothing to cause one to go back.

8 of us met there for a late lunch and were very disappointed. Took forever to get the food that we ordered which was basic pub food. Chicken fingers looked like rectangle pieces of toast, nachos tasted stale and barely had any cheese or other toppings. Pizza was greasy. Ordered a guinness beer and had to send it back as... More

Comfortable atmosphere. Food is good. The pub has always been a good place to sit and enjoy a relaxing lunch or late night supper.

When for a quick at the bar and sat by the bar on the only stool left. I try to engage the conversation but everyone was unfriendly and to make it worse the guy sitting next to me smelled like a homeless person. Couldn't finish my bar because of the odor. Decided to grab beers to at the offsale and... More
