Most of the reviews tell you about the row of people waiting patiently for a table. It explains the immense popularity of this family run restaurant. It combines good food with low prices. I stay regularly in Dolceacqua and I seldom go to another place for dinner. From my balcony I have a good view of La Rampa, so I... More

Apparently people cross the border from France to eat here...compared to the standard French fare, the trip would be worth it...living in France, the experience over 2 nights was a delight....excellent pasta and pizza, perfectly good carafe vino and happy smiley service both nights...was good to venture away from the pizza and go the pasta route and it was well worth it..penne with... My father is from Dolceacqua and I have been coming here all my life. This trip was a special one, my husband & I flew from LA, to meet up with old friends and also meet my sister, my cousin & her husband both in from the UK and my best friend in the village. It's been 10 years since... More

Great place for a casual night out. Eat inside or out and enjoy delicious pizza and the local wine with a slight fizz for 10 euros a litre! You cannot go wrong if you are looking for a cheap and cheerful place to eat!!

So if you are returning from a day out, stayed too long in the bar or on the beach and it is a bit too late for a set meal somewhere you can get very good pizza here with lots of choices and at a reasonable price. There is space to sit outside on warm evenings. If you are here... More

When you are on the main road and want to eat good pizza just go to the back of the square and know that the wait will be worth it. The pizza is great and the service is so smiley and welcoming. There is a reason that this place is fuller than anything near it and it is the food!!

We sat on the heated patio for dinner. Nice view if the Roman bridge and the castle. We had local rosé table wine which is nothing special. The Del Kaiser pizza was very good but the formaghi pizza tasted like it was canned red sauce. The price was great at only 20€ for the two of us.

Our favourite spot for a cheap pizza in the beautiful village of Dolce Acqua. Quick and polite service. Simple and basic menu but great value for money and decent quality
