This was suggested by our Airbnb host and we got a table for sunset. Takis and his crew were incredibly kind and attentive. But the highlight absolutely is the food! Taking ingredients grown on Takis’ own farm, they create contemporary twists on Greek classics which...are so well balanced and delicious. Visually as well, the dishes are striking. Being vegetarian, we had many options. We went twice for the dinner service on our holiday in milos. We tried the cheesecake appetizer, their take on the Greek Salad, eggplant miso, and the mushroom rigatoni. All of which are amazing, our personal favorites were the greek salad which uses a cream cheese made with llocal goats milk, and the mushroom rigatoni which had such a comforting umami flavor that I can eat forever. The location of the restaurant was among the narrow roads of trypiti which made it a quaint and organic location. Can’t wait to see them again next time!More
