The location is wonderful - great place to see the sunset. The food is great and interesting. The wine list is good. But the best part is the service!!! The entire staff are welcoming, friendly, fun, and efficient. They have hospitality down to a fine...art! Highly recommend!!More

Although we didn't have reservation, they managed to fit us in. Everything we tried was very good. They employ a partial farm to table concept (roosters, rabbits, etc are their own production). The highlight for us was the cheesecake (i.e. it is not a cheesecake...but a cheese based starter looks like a cheesecake.). P.s: sunset view is amazing.More

The service, the food, the atmosphere - beautiful! My boyfriend said it was the best meal he’s had in Greece (for reference we have been to Athens and paros so far on our trip and eaten a lot!) I had the mushroom carpaccio and then...the gnocchi - really lovely My boyfriend had the “cheesecake” (could probably share this it’s pretty big and then the rabbit which he loved! Food was brilliant but to top it all off every single member of staff including the owner just went above and beyond. We are staying in Klima and it was about a 8-10 min drive or 20 min walk. The best place we ate in Milos by far. Mr Takis (the owner) and the waiters were warm, helpful and polite. Every plate we had was special and unique. They perfectly combine traditional food with gourmet tastes and looks. The place is quiet and warm...by itself. They have variety that can satisfy even the most demanding clients. We didn't even feel like clients but like friends that were invited to their yard to have a dinner. The restaurant does not make reservations but we were glad to wait at the line at a bench with our glasses of wine and in about 10-15 minutes we were at cozy table. Prices are as expected higher than usual but it is totally worth it. (Bring some extra cash for tipping the waiters, they truly worth it! Also we were informed that the menu is changing year by year so the next time we are in Milos we are going to visit Bargello again.More

The best gastronomic experience we had here on Milos! We were there on a stormy evening and ate on the terrace. We had booked our table beforehand by email - there were a few guests waiting on the benches for a free seat. The terrace...is very sheltered from the wind with a magical view and everything is lovingly and perfectly arranged. Great crockery, beautiful cutlery, extremely friendly, attentive and uncomplicated service. We were surprised with a tasty greeting from the kitchen. The creations of Tsakis, who is always present in person, are reminiscent of creative and modern fusion cuisine. They are unusual, creative, lovingly arranged and also make use of special local ingredients and spices. For starters we had the beef tartare and the tuna with watermelon. Both unreservedly recommended. The prices of the starters range from 12 to 19 €, the main courses from 16 to 32 €. The main course was the chicken in parmesan foam with truffle and the risotto with scampi - both excellent! The portions are not huge - just right for us, so we also had room for a shared nightstand. A creation of different chocolates that was also great! From our side, there was nothing at all to criticise about the more than coherent overall concept. An absolute gastronomic highlight and a must on Milos. Before we left, we booked another table for the next few days. A big compliment to Tsakis and his team! If I had this restaurant at home in the big city, it would be one of my top three favourites!More

My partner and I coincidentally drove past this gem of a restaurant and right away decided we wanted to dine here. We immediately realised we should’ve made a reservation since the terrace was packed. Luckily the lovely staff managed to squeeze us in within 15-20...minutes. We didn’t mind the wait at all since we were accompanied by a stunning view. After being seated, we had the best meal we had in a long, long time. The dishes were the perfect mix between tradition and originality, the staff was absolutely amazing and the restaurant is located on one of the most beautiful spots in Trypiti. The chef tries to keep all products as local as possible and is “team happy cow”. As a vegetarian I’m aware that my options can sometimes be limited and/or unoriginal, but the veggie dishes served here were unique and delicious. 10/10 would recommend.More

The service was very polite, the appetizers delicious and very unique. Risotto had wrong composition and was not so tasty. In general good but very expensive for what it offers.More

The Food was amazing! Modern Interpretation of traditional greek cuisine. The service was outstanding, starting by choosing the right wine to the detailed explenation of every served dish. This was by far the best dinner we had on Milos. You have to visit Barriello!

We had a very good meal here. The owner is very passionate about his farm to plate philosophy and mixes traditional Greek fare with modern flavours and influences. We were lucky to be squeezed in without a reservation so either head there early or book...in advance. Either way it will be worth it.More

We enjoyed an amazing dinner at barrielo ! Takis is an excellent host and together with his fantastic team has created a lovely atmosphere and delicious dishes. Modern, fresh, Mediterranean cuisine of high quality. They welcomed us with a nice treat, then we ordered some...starters and seafood. It was difficult to say which was the best as all dishes were uniquely prepared and presented. The rizoto, the lavraki, the octopus!
