We visited Le Castellet and had a light lunch featuring a nice warm crepe with lavender honey and walnuts. The food was very good, but the service was a little slow as the patio filled up quickly. Allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy this hilltop town with its quaint shops and restaurants.

We come to the South of France on a regular basis to visit family and always make a point of coming to the Castellet for a walk and to enjoy the pancakes at this restaurant. I hope we just caught the Roy d'Ys on an off day as the standards definitely seem to have dropped from prior visits. First of... More

Stopped for lunch whilst visiting the little medieval village. Galettes looked good but had tartiflette! Was ok, a bit stodgy and over cheesed (if that's possible) and lacking in onion. Service was a bit dodgy, it was busy lunchtime period to be fair, but having occupied a table it took fifteen minutes to be actually acknowledged!! We were just about... More

I like this place, been coming to it on and off for over 20 years now. It doesn't fare well in tripadvisor's rating, but I think that's due to the service rather than the food. The crêpes are very good in fact, and on my last visit the service was good despite the waiter clearly didn't know all the crepe... More

Three of us visited for lunch and ordered two salad nicoise and a warm goats cheese salad. The salads were lovely and very generous and very good value for money. A nice bottle of rosé cider to accompany meal and all for €52 ....

We have had coffee and the occasional crêpe there many times but this week we went for dinner. The food was delicious, both the (savoury) galettes and the flambée crêpes. It is a great location and well worth a visit. We will return and hope to have the same, friendly waitress next time.

If you like crepes, this is the place to go. Visited this restaurant while on a private tour in Le Castellet France as recommended by our driver. The crepes were wonderful and the local beer was excellent. Service was just fine. Try the crepe stuffed with mozzarella, basil, bacon and prosciutto. Sounds very Italian for a French restaurant but it... More

Doesn't matter what you want to eat, they have everything here! Great staff and waiters, very friendly. Clean bathroom, and the terrace is hidden from the sun. Good for big families with children. They have a wide range of recipes in their menu, a lot of stuff to choose from and they serve all kinds of crepes - with sea... More

this is a nice friendly restaurant. We ate there last month. the food is made up with fresh ingredient and prepared on the premises. Le Castellet is a medieval village with narrow streets, most of the shops were open this late in September. Well worth a visit for the village and the restaurant. I love it there.

I had a quart quatre breton, it was served warm so I really liked it though it was a bit dry in the mouth. The restaurant attracted many French tourists as we visited the village in non tourist season when foreign tourist were somewhat invisible yet.
