We found Hilma's after watching an old Bourdain show about the Island. At 10am we fell in love with the Johnny Cake sandwiches. I had the pulled pork and my sweetie had the chicken curry. We added a piece of fried chicken for good measure....More

It's a trailer in the parking lot beside the Royal Bank in Simpson Bay. Not a restaurant, just a place to pick up excellent johnnycake sandwiches
