Located outside of the old town but easy to find. Exclusive interior. Friendly staffs but sometimes were busy with themselves. Excellent food quality. The side dish portion could be bigger.

No surprise : service and food quality at expected level (in line with price) Not the best location in Campeche but nearby the historic center Local people , not a touristic adress for sure Worth to go !

We risked the very few bad reviews, and went with the good ones. Being a Mexican, I was willing to try the local cuisine. We all had seafood, and it was the best. Good quality, great flavor. A bit pricey if you are on a budget, but worth it. Service was good

Excellent food, wine, and service. The octopus was a real standout, as was an excellent Mexican Savignon Blanc.

Restaurant was the most horrible place: dreary, empty, horrible atmosphere with waiters litteraly waiting for clients and food was definitely disappointing and not at all up to what is described in comments. In addition, restaurant is out of historic center, which wouldnt be a problem if it were worth it, but it truely wasnt the case. I higly direcommend this... More

We had been to this restaurant for my husband's birthday several years ago and it was outstanding. We returned with high expectations that were not met. I think the fish was frozen. Perhaps they changed chefs or owners. The food was mediocre at best. We will not be returning.

Booked a table here as it was rated #2 restaurant in Campeche on TripAdvisor. Normally I find TripAdvisor ratings very reliable. I could not have been more wrong this time. Walked into a restaurant with no atmosphere at all. I should have realised when I found it to not be in a popular part of town, but often the out... More

Within the city wall and easily reached on foot, very good service, excellent seafood! Only complaint: only one white and one red house wine available by glass, otherwise available only by bottle.

Well spaced tables, midweek so quiet, We enjoyed the food but you must keep in mind that everyone has differing tastes. My tastes are more exotic and experimental than my wife's but we were both pleased with the meal. We did not think it overpriced although the clientele was high end. Keep in mind Campeche is not highly renowned for... More

After looking for dining restaurants in Campeche I decided to try La Pigua. The place is nice, well decorated and comfortable. However the food is not good at all. I tried the fish fillet stuffed with seafood, I got the impression the food was not fresh; I mean it seemed chilled, the taste was not fresh at all, the rice... More
