We ate here for a birthday celebration on a Saturday evening. One of our young party is exceptionally fussy and the restaurant could not have been more accommodating. It's a pleasure to go out and not be told that if it isn't on the right...More

A rare thing these days, a well run English restaurant offering good service, good food (dishes are creative without being extreme) and a selection of interesting wines by the glass. The fish courses are recommended. I look forward to returning.

I think it was 9.30 pm but best to call with the restaurant. We got there for 8pm, so didn't really need to check.

No car park as I remember (maybe wrong) but we parked in the square. It can be busy but we have always managed to find somewhere in the square or near by roads.
