I have been here plenty of times, we rarely queue. The staff are all polite, the food is always perfect. I have never had a problem with this Nandos the only negative thing is that the tables are all so cramped together downstairs.

I feel that Nandos is a very overrated restaurant anyway. Nothing special, just spicy chicken. Try visiting a chicken restaurant that isn't a chain, and you will notice the difference.
