Simple an awesome experience, the food is awesome but it not just the food it's the entire experience. This is one of the great places to eat, anywhere in the World. Put it on your bucket list.

Came here for dinner for 2. We both had the Menu Grande Tradition Classique (7 courses). The ambiance, history, the service, the wine pairings and of course the excellent French old style cuisine made this visit something extraordinary. Everyone interested in a culinary experience should visit once. Top!

We have dined in some of the world's most famous restaurants and have met some of the greatest chefs (Robuchon, Savoy, Ramsay, Nobu, Trotter, Ducasse), and I feel that Paul Bocuse should be disappointed in this review and with his staff. The food was sublime and absolutely regional which amazed me. And having earned Michelin 3 Stars every since 1965,... More

I have been before, the restaurant has gone down hill. It is not fair to those who go to the restaurant. The rating is a legacy. No one is minding the store. The service is not becoming a Michelin Star not 3, not 2, not 1 not even a hat! The food catering hall. Sat no one returns for 5... More

Absolutely fantastic experience, from beginning to (almost end). The lobster and foie gras as starters are superb! the main dishes we all enjoyed, cheese selection awesome, wine recommendations excellent...only the dessert could have been a little more sophisticated i found.... I hope i'll come back one day...wait for us Paul :)

If you're seriously serious about Food, then a visit to Lyon isn't complete without dining at Auberge du Pont de Collonges. It is everything to be expected of a 3 star Michelin restaurant, and expected of the legendary Paul Bocuse even though he has now retired. The service and theatre commences from the moment you step onto the Driveway. You... More

Paul Bocuse is the 3* experience and as you may know he is the chief of the chiefs. So we were so very excited about our visit and we are very happy about that. We were 4friends and in order to try different tastes, we all ordered different dishes. The best starter is foie gras! Really you should taste it.... More

The service was absolutely balletic -- each player in the performance of the "Grande Tradition Classique" knew his part. (Emphasis on HIS -- nary a woman in front of house nor in the kitchen). The soft but bright lights, the vibrant colours, the exclamations of delight from fellow diners as various courses were wheeled out made for an exhilarating atmosphere.... More

It is a rare pleasure to eat such perfect meal. All was delicious, great selection of wines. Although i expected deserts to be more sophisticated. Definitely, recommend!

Perfect in every sense of the word... The food, the service, the atmosphere were all nearly indescribable. I tried the traditional pike dumplings and the Hare a la Royale; both were fantastic. A must for foodies.
