Definitely no value for money here. Food was greasy and salty - lukewarm, draught beer was flat. Not feeling very well right now. So sad for a local hometown pub. Wing night is not so bad but skip any other night - not worth it!

The food here was tasteless and overcooked. I wouldn't go here again. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The food here was good, but not enough to overcome the extremely long time it took to get acknowledged, ordered and then served. It was not busy. We did not return.
I stopped in for lunch, because I saw a sign for wings half price (I love wings!) the atmosphere is like a pub..dirty floors and dark (expected) saw a gentleman eating a burger it looked really good..ok here goes. I ordered a pound of wings...More
we were looking for a pub burger, and Cookstown had good reviews. the interior is pretty bland even by pub standards but the cheeseburger was large and quite tasty.
When we drive to Toronto, 5 minutes from the 400, is a good restaurant, nice atmosphere and great service. They serve local brew, great chili, pub food, lots of sports on tv. Been there a few times. Will be back again.
Went here after hockey game during our kids tournament this past Friday. Pulled pork poutine and 2 lbs of wings and i tell ya after the pulled pork we couldn't barely touch the wings (which was awesome too by the way). You must try this...More
