Wanted something quick for lunch as I was on a schedule. The ladies in the Hot Pipi were very obliging and told me that it would only take a few minutes to cook something fresh for me from the menu. Booked an evening meal. The food was tasty but cold and the mains took a long time to arrive. The seafood entre for two was very good with plenty of variety. Fantastic view of Waihi beach made up for the wait.

We ordered our food & drinks, the drinks took at least 20-30 min to Arrive it wasn't overly busy just a few other tables. My coffee was terrible & I couldn't drink it, & it was the same with my partner's iced chocolate. My daughter loved her fluffy. Her juice never arrived which was suppose to come with her kids... More than 10 years between visits and still great. Both the scallop and salmon salads were very yummy. Staff are happy and friendly.
