This is a nice restaurant but I think it is over rated. the food is nice and not amazing, also it is not as good as it used to be.

In an area known mainly for the middle-east equivalent of burger restaurants (mediocre at best) this is a nice surprise. It offers "chef transformed" arab fares, original but very tasty. We had lamb meatballs with cuscus (the best I had in Israel - and I can barely stand cuscus!) and a great contraption built like a Kube with some original... More

Majda should be in the hall of fame in Israel's cullinary map. The food is excuisite and unique. The cheff of the restaurant - Yaakoob is putting his mind to every detail in the food. And the result is exiting. Recomended!

We arrived at the restaurant in the evening, the restaurant is located in the heart of the village lanes and offers a place to sit on the porch or inside. Arab-Palestinian food, very fresh and very high quality. We were alone in the restaurant and enjoyed every minute.

Poor cooking, slow service, no airconditioning in hot weather- not worth the trouble of getting there

We had a highly enjoyable dinner at Majda's. The atmosphere is friendly and laid back. We loved the orchard in which the tables are located, the simple and authentic furniture but especially loved the food. They offer an original twist of known dishes, with a great use of seasonal ingredients. Practically everything we ordered ranged from very good, to amazing.... More

In ein rafa you are in the Jerusalem hills, sitting under a tree and having your repass biblical style. We were there in the relatively early morning (9 am) just about when this restaurant opens. Great pleasure! NB: thos place only open on Fridays and Saturdays

Majda is definitely a special restaurant. This was our second time here and we came back to this charming place full of atmosphere. The menu is limited, but the variety is reasonable and the dishes that we chose were very tasty. Only this time, we were overwhelmed by the prices. I am not sure whether I felt Majda was so... More
